Submission guidelines

Extended abstracts about one or multiple topics of the workshop should be submitted by email to rss-workshop-perception@dlr.de by (too be announced). The abstract submission should include:

  • Title
  • List of authors and affiliations
  • Abstract of 500-800 words
  • References to your own related work
  • Relevant web links, if any
  • Figure captions, if including figures
    • Figures should be submitted as attachment to the email
    • A maximum of 2 figures is accepted.
    • Acceptable formats: jpeg, gif, or png

Submission Schedule

  • Extended abstracts due: May 16
  • Notification of acceptance: May 31, 2014
  • Final submission: Jun 30, 2014

We encourage also the submissions of live demos and working systems as well as videos of failed experiments. A demo submission should be in the format of an extended abstract with recorded videos, under a DEMO header, separate from the main paper if any. Given sufficient interests, a special demo session will be organized.

Instructions for final submissions will be provided.

Submissions will be accepted for an oral presentation based on relevance to the workshop, quality, and available space. The abstracts of accepted contributions will be published on the workshop web site. A journal special issue is planned that will be based on elaborated versions of selected papers submitted to the workshop.
